We may use Bugly for crash reporting and diagnostics. Bugly is used only to help us identify, troubleshoot, and fix app stability issues. Bugly crash logs do not include your user ID, device ID, IP address, training data, sensor data, or fitness performance data.
If you purchase paid features, subscriptions, or products through Apple, Google, Shopify, or another payment provider, your payment information is processed by that provider. We do not store or collect your full credit card number.
We may receive limited transaction information, such as purchase status, subscription status, product purchased, transaction ID, renewal status, and entitlement information, so that we can provide paid features and customer support.
Senbodi Coach currently does not collect or access the following data through the iOS App:

We may use Bugly to help detect crashes, analyze app stability, and improve app performance. Bugly is used for app stability and troubleshooting purposes only, not for advertising, marketing, or cross-app tracking.
Bugly crash logs do not include your user ID, device ID, IP address, training data, sensor data, or fitness performance data.
If you are part of a coach-managed, team, gym, club, lab, school, or organization account, your profile, training data, workout history, and performance metrics may be visible to authorized coaches, administrators, parents, guardians, or staff within that organization for training management and performance analysis.
If you are a coach, parent, guardian, or administrator, you are responsible for using athlete data only for appropriate training, coaching, management, or guardian-supervised purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and your organization’s policies.

Senbodi stores user data based on user region and service configuration. Data for users in China is stored on Senbodi servers hosted by Aliyun in China. Data for international users is stored on Senbodi servers located in Silicon Valley, United States.
Your information may be processed in the country or region where you use the Services, where our servers are located, or where our service providers operate. These countries or regions may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your jurisdiction.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.
Training data and account data may be retained while your account is active or as needed to provide workout history, progress tracking, team management, and related app features. Senbodi Coach provides an in-app account deletion option. If you create an account in Senbodi Coach, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data from within the App.
